For a true down south experience come visit us! We have numerous shaded lots with creek access where you can feel free to kayak or canoe to your hearts content. Plus you may enjoy any of our three catch and release ponds within the community. We are 20 minutes from Emerald Isle Beach, and approximately 45 minutes to Topsail Beach. Centrally located between Jacksonville, NC home of Camp Lejuene military base, and Historic Swansboro, you won't be able to decide which way to go!

We offer full septic hookups on most lots, with a dump station onsite. Water, trash, and cable are included with the lot rental price. We do have a bath house and pay per use laundry facilities. We are a pet friendly community, so feel free to bring that Garfield or Snoopy you may have at home! We are also featured in the Woodall magazine, and on www.rvresources.com so come check us out!
